In this directory a selection of the files from
  http://www.dimacs.rutgers.edu/Challenges/Seventh/Instances/
will be available converted into the sparse SDPA format as decsribed in
  http://www.nmt.edu/~sdplib/FORMAT
with the help of converters provided by Brian Borchers (borchers@nmt.edu)

At this point no guarantees are made that the files are completely correct.
They may be updated, additional files may be added.
