In this directory are the convex QP testproblems from

  http://www.sztaki.hu/~meszaros/public_ftp/qpdata/

converted to AMPL format. One needs to call AMPL with one of the
enclosed qps*.mod files as model file and one of the *.dat files
as data file.

Addition of QCQP testproblems:
The equivalent quadratically constrained QP problems of the form
min t; subject to quadratic objective <=t & constraints can be
solved with the AMPL model qcqp.mod.
