These are mixed-integer quadratic programming problems
and equivalent quadratically constrained QPs
generated by us from some continuous testproblems. They 
were converted from extended MPS format in which they
are stored at:
http://plato.la.asu.edu/ftp/miqp/
They can be run under AMPL by using them as datafiles
and the included qpsi.mod as modelfile for QPs and
qqpi.mod as modelfile for the equivalent QQP of the
form   min t; subject to quadr obj <= t plus constraints.
